Golden Sol began as a family idea: a place built around the habits of the world's blue zones — the handful of regions where people live longest — served with the warmth of a neighborhood Italian espresso bar. No rush, no noise. Just real food, good coffee, and something for your nervous system.
We opened our doors on Palmetto Avenue in 2024, and you'll almost always find one of us behind the counter. First time in or hundredth, you're family here.
